Key Responsibilities:
- Aid in maintaining high-standard web content on our website and app, including completing online content changes.
- Operate the Content Management System (CMS) to publish content on the website and app.
- Collaborate with the team to determine their needs and recommend solutions that meet those needs.
- Assist in the testing and development processes, working alongside the CMS manager.
- Actively participate in web projects, providing updates and insights when required.
- Review reported content requests and provide or implement the fix or workaround.
- Update guidelines and standards where needed in internal documentation.
Requirements:
