Mondrian and Hyde Ibiza, part of Accor Hotels, is seeking a Food and Beverage Trainee to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in daily operations across the hotel's restaurants, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include supporting room service operations, participating in food preparation and service coordination with kitchen staff, and learning and assisting with menu knowledge, upselling techniques, and special dietary requests.
You will also assist in the management of inventory, including stock control, ordering, and waste reduction, and work alongside the F&B admin team to understand budgeting, costing, and revenue management for the outlets.
Additionally, you will address guest inquiries and feedback in a professional manner to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction, support the team in organizing and setting up events and group dining arrangements, and collaborate with different F&B teams to maintain hygiene standards, cleanliness, and safety protocols.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail, and have excellent communication and customer service skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the food and beverage industry and has a strong desire to learn, with a current enrollment in a Hospitality Management or related program.
EU Nationality is required, and fluent English and Spanish are necessary, with other languages being a plus.
