ROLE SUMMARY

As a key member of our youth program team, you will contribute to providing a fun, educational, and caring environment for children of members and guests. You will build strong relationships with children and parents, participating in daily activities such as arts and crafts, games, reading, and singing. Additionally, you will promote our youth programs and assist parents with registration, ensuring a seamless experience for all.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in daily activities, including organizing arts and crafts, leading games, reading stories, and singing songs.
  • Build rapport with children and parents, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment.
  • Promote youth programs and assist parents with registration.
  • Help maintain facilities and equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to management.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • CPR Certification and First Aid Certification.
  • Recreation Equipment Certification.
  • Any certification or training required by local and state agencies.
