About the Role:
As a Senior Health and Safety Manager at ENGINEERINGUK, you will play a critical role in driving improvements in inbound safety, quality, and productivity within our Fulfilment Centre. Your responsibility will be to supervise staff, ensure the delivery of objectives, and proactively engage in collaborative health and safety projects across all operations sites.

Main Responsibilities:
You will provide authoritative advice and guidance on health & safety matters to stakeholders, review and audit health and safety arrangements, and implement strategies to reduce health and safety risks. Key job responsibilities include:
  1. Managing health and safety functions, including supervision of staff.
  2. Driving improvements in inbound safety, quality, and productivity.
  3. Providing expert advice and guidance on health & safety matters.
  4. Reviewing and auditing health and safety arrangements.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will hold a degree-level qualification in a relevant field, such as Técnico Superior en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. They will have extensive experience managing teams, complying with local Health and Safety legislation, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. The estimated salary range for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
