Job Summary
The Shift Supervisor / Team Leader is a crucial role within our production team, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and direct a team of production workers to achieve our production targets while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the activities of production staff to ensure seamless production processes and meet quality standards
- Supervise and lead a team of production workers, providing guidance and coaching to improve performance and productivity
- Monitor and report on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including maintenance, quality, and supply chain, to ensure effective production management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
Requirements
