Join Our Team as a CRM Loyalty Trainee

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our CRM Loyalty team as a trainee. As a CRM Loyalty Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting the team with daily activities, further engaging and activating members of our loyalty program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the CRM loyalty team with daily activities to enhance member engagement and activation.
  • Collaborate with the team to create innovative loyalty experiences and special activations.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of loyalty campaigns and events.
  • Develop and maintain an archive of presentations, marketing materials, and communications accessible to all internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to implement loyalty campaigns and ensure seamless execution.
Requirements:
  • Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken, and excellent writing skills.
  • Good communication and social skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to think creatively and contribute innovative ideas to enrich the loyalty program.
