Global Quality Controller

MISSION: Provide strategic financial guidance while collaborating with the Global Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) team to achieve the Global Quality department's objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the performance of the Global Quality department.
  2. Act as a business partner to the Global QHSE function, specifically to the Senior Vice President of Global QHSE and Technology Management.
  3. Support the annual budget planning process and analyze forecasts, including the calculation and tracking of risks and opportunities, and align with the group's profit and loss statement.
  4. Manage the cost center for the Global QHSE department.

Your Ideal Profile:

  1. Hold a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  2. Have 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling.
  3. Be proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, as well as SAP modules CO, MM, and BI.
  4. SQL and Power BI skills are desirable.
  5. Exhibit strong analytical skills, quick comprehension, and a structured approach to work.
  6. Ensure high reliability in deliverables (time and quality).
  7. Display pragmatism in developing solutions, assertiveness, and the ability to prepare complex relationships for decision-making.
  8. Operate carefully, even under time pressure.
  9. Have application-safe spoken and written English skills.
