Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other channels.
- Log call details and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and expertise to ensure informed support.
- Collaborate with supervisors and mentors on specific projects as needed.
Requirements
- Fluent English language skills (bilingual or advanced).
- Working knowledge of IT platforms, equipment, and applications (Windows/MS Office/internet configuration a plus).
- Excellent customer care skills, including ability to listen and understand customer needs.
- Ability to take ownership of calls and progress them to resolution or escalation.
What We Offer
- Permanent contract with 39 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 10.00 to 19.00.
- Salary €18,400 gross/year + up to €1,200 gross/year in bonus.
