Key Responsibilities

Your main tasks will be:

  • Participating in software development projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Supporting the product owner with decision-making, acting as a bridge between developers and business stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and translating business needs into user stories and process flows.
  • Managing backlogs and defining product requirements.
  • Identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring solutions align with business requirements.
  • Maintaining product functional documentation and explaining new concepts to non-technical users.
  • Supporting testing activities, including scenario creation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting results.
  • Learning and deepening knowledge of trade finance solutions and their technical aspects.
  • Collaborating with internal teams proactively, focusing on teamwork and communication.
  • Working in an international environment, using English as the primary language.
Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Project Management / Agile Method basics
  • Soft skills such as: assertive communication (oral and written), time management, stakeholder management
  • Banking and Finance Knowledge (highly desirable)
  • +6 months of experience
  • Spanish (Highly desirable)
  • Basics of SQL
