About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Norwegian Sales Agent to join our team at AnyTech365. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential customers, ensuring a positive first impression of AnyTech365.
  • Perform remote security checks on computer and IoT devices, using our professional toolkit to identify potential issues.
  • Deliver clear and concise security and performance diagnoses, providing actionable recommendations to customers.
  • Convert inbound calls into loyal customers, transferring them to level 2 technicians for comprehensive service.

  • Native level of Norwegian language proficiency.
  • Previous experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.

  • High level of English language proficiency.

  • Outgoing and proactive approach, with a 'can-do' attitude.
