Job Overview

Cafestemplo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Strategist to lead its Supply Chain department. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth by optimizing supply chain operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to customers.

About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SCM team in Cafestemplo's UCCS operation, guaranteeing timely service to customers
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring optimal pricing and inventory levels
  • Develop and implement efficient supply chain strategies, reducing costs and improving productivity
  • Analyze and track KPIs, providing regular reports to stakeholders
  • Schedule factory productions based on sales forecasts, while fulfilling factory conditions and optimal production batches
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably with international exposure
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through process improvements and cost reductions
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate teams and build strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to collect and evaluate data to inform strategic decisions
  • Fluency in English, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (especially Dynamics 365's F&O)
