We are seeking a skilled Junior QA to join Crisalix, a world-leading tech company in 3D aesthetic simulation. Our innovative technology uses AI, computer vision, and augmented reality to create highly accurate 3D reconstructions and simulate aesthetic procedures.

About the Role

This Junior QA position involves ensuring the quality and stability of our software through thorough testing and collaboration with our QA, development, and business teams. As a Junior QA, you will play an active role in our Agile environment, identifying and resolving issues to deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct a range of tests, including regression, integration, and performance testing, to ensure software stability.
  2. Test our software across multiple devices and browsers for full compatibility.
  3. Document and report issues and bugs in Jira, providing clear findings.
  4. Verify that reported bugs have been successfully resolved by the development team.
  5. Participate in daily QA team meetings to discuss tasks, new issues, and potential blockers.
  6. Assist in resolving support tickets from users and internal teams.
  7. Collaborate with QA, development, and business teams for comprehensive testing.
  8. Explore and implement testing tools to enhance automation and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year of experience in software quality assurance.
  2. Familiarity with software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  3. Experience writing clear, concise test plans, test cases, and bug reports.
  4. Understanding of manual and automated testing processes.
  5. Strong interest in new technologies.
  6. A problem-solving mindset, patience, and attention to detail.
  7. Ability to work independently as a team player.
  8. Fluent English (Spanish a plus).
