About the RoleThe P&L Optimization team sits within the Global Business department, which manages and owns commercial relationships with our partners. As a Commercial Negotiation Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to own and negotiate strategic deals that have a direct impact on the company's bottom-line performance.
You'll work with business teams to help Revolut get the best commercial deals in the market, while achieving lasting and sustainable relationships with our partners.
Key Responsibilities- Lead commercial negotiations on behalf of Revolut with key strategic partners
- Create, own, and present bespoke business cases for deals to top leadership at Revolut
- Work on critical timelines, planning contingencies, and managing multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Assess business needs, question everything that adds costs, and back every penny being spent with business rationale
- Manage transformation projects related to in-source/out-source strategy and technology-driven cost reduction programs
- 3-7 years of experience working in a management consulting firm
- Experience in cost optimization, financial transformation, or corporate strategy
- At least a 2:1 degree from a top university
- Strong business acumen and experience handling tough business situations
- Working rights in the country where you would prefer to work (sponsorship is not available)
