Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Payroll Technician with expertise in Portuguese payroll to join our team at HR Path. As a key member of our payroll team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the payroll calculation cycle, including calculation of settlements and compensation
- Prepare social insurance and process affiliation and temporary disability
- Ensure compliance with collective agreements and labor regulations
- Prepare contracts and registrations
- Extract, manage, and query data in SAP HR
- Manage highs, lows, and SLD
- Process payroll and settlements
- Communicate with clients and employees to resolve payroll-related queries
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Desirable experience in SAP HR for payroll cycle management
