Automotive Service Representative

Purpose of the role: As an Automotive Service Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact for OEM vehicle owners, addressing and resolving all requests related to their vehicles. Your role will involve representing the OEM in interactions with customers, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of requests while maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities- Handle Driver Requests: Manage driver inquiries through multiple channels, ensuring the identification and understanding of the request.
- Remote Assistance: Identify and address the root causes of the assistance requests.
- Record Customer Contact: Record all customer contact to track activities.
- Data Management: Input relevant customer data into the case management system.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in team meetings, share personal results and feedback, and contribute to team achievements and targets.
- Process Improvement: Continuously work to improve the efficiency and quality of process workflows.
- Documentation: Prepare, update, and archive all required documents, templates, and records.
Main responsibility is to deliver excellent customer support in line with project guidelines, apply MSX business knowledge and methodology, implement corrective and preventive actions, and clearly document and share best practices with teams.

Preferred qualifications include proficiency in MS Office 365 applications and basic knowledge of the automotive industry, including sales and aftersales processes.

The estimated salary range for this position is €22,000 - €24,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments.
