Job Summary

We're seeking charismatic and cheerful Christmas Helpers to join our team this season. As a Christmas Helper, you'll play a vital role in making our stores sparkle during the holiday season. Your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves our store feeling happy and satisfied with their purchase.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding the perfect products to meet their needs, providing recommendations and suggestions as needed
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and inviting shopping environment
- Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock as needed

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a love of beautiful homewares and all things Christmas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and evenings, from 14 December 2024 through to 5 January 2025
