About the Role

We are seeking an Agency Experience Specialist to join our Digital Agency Experience team at Nationale-Nederlanden. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the digital transformation of our main sales channel and the improvement of its experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the design of the Salesforce Agent app, working alongside our international team and other countries involved in the project.
  • Organize focus groups and testing sessions with end-users of the application, allowing you to identify their needs and ensure that the functionalities meet their expectations.
  • Participate in refinements and harmonizations with the local and international Salesforce team and alongside the other countries participating in the project.
  • Define processes and improve tools within the network, identifying processes with potential for improvement and proposing solutions.
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of all functionalities prior to their official production deployment.
  • Work closely with the Salesforce squads to develop requirements for new functionalities and track their progress, ensuring that the network's tools and processes are always up-to-date and at their best.
  • Monitor and analyze the use and adoption of Salesforce within our sales network, using those insights to develop a comprehensive adoption plan that will ensure that our agents are getting the most out of this powerful tool.
