Mathematics Educator

About the Role: The Coruña British International School is seeking a passionate and skilled Mathematics specialist to join its experienced and successful secondary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Mathematics lessons to students aged Y7 to Y10, ensuring excellent student progress and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan engaging and challenging lessons to meet students' diverse needs.
• Ensure planning, preparation, assessment, and reporting meet students' needs.
• Address all students' needs, including Special Educational Needs, with appropriate interventions.
• Maintain efficient records, integrating assessments per school policy.
• Adhere to department policies on curriculum, feedback, behavior, and resources.
• Maintain good order and discipline in line with the school's behaviour policy, inside and outside the classroom.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents.
• Participate in school meetings and comply with all relevant policies.
• Ensure student safety and wellbeing.
