We are seeking a talented Corporate Venture Builder to join our team at Byld. As a key member of our innovation team, you will play a crucial role in designing, validating, and launching new ventures with top corporations.
Your primary responsibility will be to establish people-centric business strategies for our ventures, fusing design and strategy to drive business impact. You will uncover user needs through research, develop deep insights, generate business concepts, and craft how people will interact with our products and services.
As a Corporate Venture Builder, you will design and build digital validation artifacts, prototypes, and final products to validate our business concepts. You will also be responsible for pivoting as often as necessary to achieve the problem-solution fit as quickly as possible.
Key Responsibilities- Establish people-centric business strategies for our ventures.
- Uncover user needs through research and develop deep insights.
- Generate business concepts and craft how people will interact with our products and services.
- Design and build digital validation artifacts, prototypes, and final products.
- Pivot as often as necessary to achieve the problem-solution fit.
- 3-5 years of experience in innovation consultancy, corporate innovation, corporate strategy, or entrepreneurship.
- User-centric approach and business and service design experience.
- Comfortable with no-code tools and experience applying them daily.
- Creative, curious, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with metrics and analytically driven data.
- Inspiring and fulfilling work at an innovative and results-driven company.
- Create a huge network within the startup and corporation ecosystems.
- Flexible work schedule and holidays.

Byld is a Spanish Corporate Venture Builder founded in 2017 that designs, validates, and launches new ventures with corporations sharing risks and rewards from day one.
