Clienteling Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Clienteling Manager to join our team at Louis Vuitton. As a Clienteling Manager, you will be responsible for driving the clienteling strategy in store, creating a clienteling mindset with the team, and elevating relationships with our top clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement clienteling strategies to drive business growth and achieve commercial priorities.
- Work closely with the Store Manager to inspire the team and establish a clienteling culture within the store.
- Monitor and analyze client purchase behaviors to inform sales strategies and improve customer experience.
- Support the team in building and nurturing long-term client relationships and leveraging tools to drive sales.
- Collaborate with Retail Performance and Training teams to work through data cleaning activations and monitor store data collection.
- Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team and support them with their own sales and cross-selling.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of user experience and consumer experience that drives customer acquisition, conversion, and retention.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with a proactive leadership style.
- Business acumen and strong organizational skills, with agility and resilience.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
