- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant EU Health and Safety legislation and regulations, and identify and mitigate potential risks to our employees and operations.
- Employee Well-being and Safety: Promote a culture of well-being and safety within our company, and develop initiatives to support the physical and mental health of our employees.
- Training and Awareness: Design and deliver training programs to raise awareness of Health and Safety best practices and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining a safe working environment.
- Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to Health and Safety, including emergency response plans and incident reporting procedures.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with our management team, employees, and external partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration on Health and Safety matters.
- Strong Health and Safety Knowledge: Possess a deep understanding of Health and Safety principles, practices, and regulations, particularly in the context of EU legislation.
- Experience and Certification: Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Health and Safety role, and hold a relevant certification such as Tecnico Superior PRL.
- Language Skills: Be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and engage employees in Health and Safety initiatives.
- Adaptability and Flexibility: Be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities, and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
