Kellanova Field Sales Representative Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team in Madrid, Spain. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the away from home channel, implementing commercial and promotional agreements, and identifying opportunities for better merchandising.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execution Objectives: Achieve assigned objectives
  • Commercial Agreements: Implement planned commercial and promotional agreements
  • Opportunity Detection: Identify unplanned opportunities for better merchandising
  • Brand Positioning: Ensure optimal positioning for Kellanova's brands and Pringles products

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge on sales techniques, negotiation, and merchandising
  • Good computer skills (Excel and data bases) user level
  • 1-2 years of experience in FMCG Sales environment / Away from Home / Impulse
  • Proficiency in Spanish and strong command of English language
  • Valid driving license
