We are seeking a highly skilled Consultor/A De Rrhh Onsite Badalona to join our team at Adecco (Spain). As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's workforce management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and select candidates for various roles, ensuring a high-quality fit for our client's needs.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet our client's objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our client's HR team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
• Conduct interviews, assessments, and other selection processes to identify top talent.
• Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
