Key Responsibilities- Lead the front-end development team, assigning tasks and overseeing progress to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with UX/UI Design and Backend teams to define key elements of a project, ensuring seamless integration and a cohesive user experience.
- Work closely with our Technology Lead and UX/UI Design Lead to build responsive, fast-loading websites on CMS platforms such as WordPress, Sanity, and Adobe Experience Manager, utilizing the latest technologies and methodologies.
- Collaborate with Project Managers to organize and manage projects/assignments, guaranteeing deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Continuously develop, add features, and functionality requested from our clients, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Improve and refine existing websites we've built and/or have been requested to improve, ensuring they remain competitive and engaging.
- Oversee and monitor Web Speed Optimization, implementing strategies to enhance performance and user experience.
- Mentor and train the frontend development team to improve their skills and stay updated with the latest technologies.
- Participate in planning and execution of the website development strategy, aligning with business objectives and goals.
- At least 3 years of experience working in web development, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Proficiency building UI components using HTML5, CSS, or SASS, with a strong understanding of design principles and user experience.
- Ability to write JS code to solve graphic/visual/technical challenges, with expertise in frameworks like Vue, React, Svelte, or similar.
- Experience working with REST or GraphQL APIs, with a solid grasp of data structures and algorithms.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, able to work closely with others and contribute to a positive, inclusive team culture.
- Experience working in an Agile environment, with a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
- A portfolio showcasing previous work that demonstrates your skills, with a keen eye for detail, interactivity, and animation.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English, with a willingness to continually learn and stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices in front-end development.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in 1:1 and group meetings, both internal and client-facing.
We offer a competitive salary range of €25,000 - €34,000 per year, depending on experience, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
