Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Efficiency Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Data Center Operations department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource usage, enhance energy efficiency, and reduce environmental footprint across our data centers in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management to define resource efficiency goals and align them with the organization's overall sustainability objectives.
  • Develop a long-term vision for resource optimization, considering factors such as energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and materials sourcing.
  • Liaise with design & construction (D&C) and feed back D&C with data centers operational data to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Lead ISO 50001 compliance and related continuous improvement action plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, environmental science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this position is €80,000 - €110,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

Location

This role can be based in Marcoussis (France), Alcobendas (Spain), Cornaredo (Italy) or Jawczyce (Poland).
