We are seeking a highly analytical and dedicated Quality Specialist to join our Audit and Business Operations team. As a Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing program level defects, analyzing and reporting on defect data and trends.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate documents provided by sellers as part of the compliance on-boarding process, identifying and deterring bad actors.
- Monitor and analyze new 'modus operandi' and fraud patterns, providing insights on process adherence and risk.
- Collaborate on projects and initiatives, providing inputs to GPO and GFPOCs for SOP/Process/Tool improvements or changes.
- Develop strategic policies to ensure process efficiency and simplify processes.
- Drive automation projects to reduce quality auditing manual efforts and improve processes.
- Produce regular analyses and reports on defect trends and root causes, performing data-mining and analysis to support programs.
- Communicate trends and actionable solutions to quality assurance leadership and operational stakeholders.
- Engage with global stakeholders and peers to drive calibration efforts across sites.
- Create, follow, and update guidelines for process flows.
- Identify and escalate training gaps to leadership and training team for individuals/team/site.

Requirements- Experience in data-driven business operations processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Experience with Excel.
- Fluency in German, Spanish, and English.
- Knowledge of consumer product compliance processes and regulations.
- Experience in regulatory compliance management with government agencies.
