About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Cisco Presales Specialist to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for working closely with our partners and customers to design and configure vendor solutions that meet their complex requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Create quotes and proposals using Cisco tools and technologies.
  • Engage in internal discussions with European Cisco teams, as well as with partners and end customers.
  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and meet predefined service level agreements.
  • Communicate product and technology information to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors, and resellers.
  • Develop and maintain technical knowledge in product or technology groups and achieve vendor-related accreditations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical knowledge in Wireless, Routing & Switching.
  • Experience in CCNA Routing & Switching.
  • Knowledge in Cisco Datacenter.
  • Knowledge of Webex and telephone exchanges, VOIP.
  • Certification in CCNA is mandatory.
  • Multicultural communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Location: Alcobendas.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
