Salary
The compensation for this contract position is $15-19 per hour for 10-15 hours per week with a 5% commission. The average sales per client range from $1500 to $11,000, offering a competitive commission structure.

Job Description
This 100% remote role involves engaging with potential and existing customers via phone to introduce our print and digital marketing solutions. You will understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business requirements. Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets is essential in this position. Accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities must be maintained in our CRM system (Salesforce). Providing exceptional customer service and following up on inquiries and issues ensures customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing, preferably in the communications or technology sector, is required. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, as well as self-motivation with a goal-oriented mindset, are essential for success. Ability to work independently and as part of a team is also required. Familiarity with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial.
