Senior Sales Development Director

The successful candidate will be responsible for building a pipeline of sales leads and talent, working within an ambitious and collaborative team.

This role involves recruiting, mentoring, and developing the next generation of sales talent within the organization.

A strong, ambitious, hands-on leader with experience in inside sales or SDR programs and strong analytical skills is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set expectations with senior sales and marketing management through forecasting, pipeline, and sales activity metrics reporting.
  • Motivate individuals through leadership, coaching, creative incentives, and sharing results.
  • Implement process optimization and governance to accelerate the sales funnel.
Critical Success Factors
  • Achieve a multi-billion pipeline target, with SDR contribution exceeding 20%.
  • Reduce time to first touch of inbound leads.
  • Improve conversion rates on core lead types and establish benchmarks for continual improvement.
