Job Description
We're looking for a talented Senior Visual Designer to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions that enhance the product's direction, visuals, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement visually appealing and user-centered designs for our products.
- Develop clean, modern, and responsive designs for a variety of devices and interfaces, including conversion-focused landing pages.
- Manage all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
- Rapidly test and iterate designs with customers using a user-centered design approach.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio of design work and a passion for creating visually stunning and user-friendly experiences. You should also have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively collaborate with our product management and engineering teams.
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of €60,000 - €90,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a dynamic and flexible work environment. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to help you grow your skills and advance your career.
About the Role
This position is based in Barcelona, with a remote/hybrid mentality. We value flexibility and autonomy, and encourage you to manage your own time and work schedule. However, we do require some core hours for collaboration and communication between team members (10:00 to 15:00 CET).
