About the Role

As a key member of our marketing team, you will lead expansion efforts in France and revitalize our presence in Switzerland. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in our international growth.

Your Mission:
  • Develop the French Market: Spearhead our growth marketing efforts to establish Amenitiz as a dominant player.
  • Revitalize the Swiss Markets: Redesign our Swiss inbound growth playbook to reinforce our market position.

You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth through data-driven marketing strategies, and collaborating effectively with country managers, marketing, sales, and product teams. Your expertise in performance marketing and analytical skills will enable you to analyze data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.

Requirements:
  • 3-4 years in a relevant growth role, with a strong track record in scaling and optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Experience in tailoring strategies to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and proficiency in SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.

Salary & Benefits:

$120,000 per year, including comprehensive benefits package, annual bonus potential, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
