The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the management and daily operation of the store, ensuring sales plans are achieved, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the store's daily operations and management
  • Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence
  • Implement company procedures and directives
  • Drive sales growth by mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
  • Support the store team in product knowledge and customer service
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards and ensure deliveries are processed efficiently
Requirements:
