Key Responsibilities
As an Ecommerce Merchandiser, you will be focusing on 2 core responsibilities:
- Ensuring that the site is constantly serving the right content to the right customer at the right time to the highest standards, always with sales at the forefront of your objectives.
- Accelerating the online performance, coordinating projects & campaigns, improving conversion rates, scaling visits and conversions.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for:
- Managing quarterly promotional and content roadmaps for the HP Online Store in collaboration with business segment leads.
- Running regular checks on the content of the store to ensure that the site is performing to the highest standards for achieving optimal results.
- Bridging the gap between business owners and implementation according to all agreed SLA's and existing processes.
- Transforming briefs for local and central promotions into full-fledged campaigns, with a 360° view of the campaign from start to finish.
- Acting as the front-end gatekeeper, you will ensure the right content appears at the right time in line with HP brand guidelines.
- Briefing and/or implementing briefs to or from other contributors and team members.
- Contributing to existing workflows and making suggestions for improvement whenever possible.
- Creation of weekly newsletters and getting involved with the optimization of every touchpoint with our end-users.
- Merchandising the in-store search engine using custom promotions, synonyms and auto completion.
- Making sure that your key decisions are based on analyzed data.
Requirements
