Job Title: Global Research Analyst

Prime Data Centers is seeking a highly skilled Global Research Analyst to join our team in Europe. As a key member of our commercial and investment team, you will be responsible for identifying sites and building the business case for their acquisition and development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research, with a focus on the data center industry. You will be responsible for conducting regular research into Prime's core target markets, including reports and updates to the management team. This will involve analyzing market activity, customer activity, competitor activity, and target market economic drivers and trends.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify opportunities for Prime Data Centers
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the data center industry
  • Providing regular updates and reports to the management team on market trends and activity
  • Assisting in the development of business cases for site acquisition and development

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the data center industry
  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience with financial and real estate models
  • Bilingual - English and Spanish
