FP&A Professional

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Professional to join our corporate office in Palma. As a key member of the Financial Team, you will be responsible for providing a consistent, professional service in all aspects related to reporting, KPIs, Budgets, and forecasts.

Key Functions:

• Monthly Corporate reporting
• Elaborate deliverables such as KPIs, monthly forecast, deviation analysis, etc.
• Owner's Monthly reporting, elaborate deliverables & attend meetings
• Budgets, coordination with Operations & Sales
• Corporate reporting: rooms reporting, fees reporting, support to quarterly impairment testings (Hyatt)
• Operations & Sales and marketing support, providing them with performance data & relevant insights proactively
• Ad hoc reporting to owners & Corporate: Internal meetings, Owner's summits. Strategic plan update

Requirements:

• 2–3 years' experience in the hospitality industry and accounting background
• Hold a degree in either Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, or Hotel Management
• High level of English and Spanish
• Proficiency in the Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of industry-specific financial metrics and trends
