We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Analyst to join our team at Etex. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability through effective cost management.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain accurate budget forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Analyze and optimize cost efficiency through process improvements and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial accuracy, reducing material costs as a percentage of total production cost.
- Create and manage budgets, monitoring spending and conducting audits on financial processes and transactions.
- Estimate product costs for existing and new products, forecasting and analyzing costs of processes, labor, and inventory.
- Suggest cost-reducing or profitable solutions, conducting market research to support future business planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in cost & business analysis, financial reporting, or a similar role in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to manage large datasets.
- Proficient in financial modeling and with SAP.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish is required to manage meetings, presentations, and cross-functional communications.
