As a Principal Real Estate Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams of engineering, manufacturing, and finance resources from conceptualization through implementation and execution. You will take ownership of projects, which include the launch of new production plants worldwide, support facilities' expansion in current locations, implement PM tools, and standardize processes for global construction and real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading highly skilled teams across several worldwide projects.
  • Supporting planning, scoping, and execution processes for facilities-related projects from start to finish.
  • Driving and managing project requirements, priorities, and deadlines related to new and existing facilities.
  • Providing design and execution expertise on cost estimating, civil engineering, mechanical engineering, and architecture.
  • Designing and leading tendering processes, including contractual frameworks for AEC services and general contractors.
  • Controlling project costs and investments, analyzing deviations, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Directing project progress through regular report meetings and interacting with decision-makers.
