EOLOS Supply Chain Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Operation Manager to join our team at EOLOS Floating Lidar Solutions. As a key member of our global supply chain team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to optimise and manage our end-to-end supply chain operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency in a global supply chain environment. You will lead our global supply chain, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive operational excellence and cost reduction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the global supply chain strategy aligned with the Company's objectives, ensuring optimal inventory levels, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization to enhance supply chain performance and agility.
  • Drive the execution of strategic initiatives, monitor progress, and adjust plans as needed to meet business goals.
  • Optimise end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution, to achieve cost savings, minimise lead times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as production, sales, finance, to align supply chain strategies and ensure seamless integration across departments.
  • Identify and manage supply chain risks, develop contingency plans, and establish robust supplier relationships.
  • Develop and implement supplier management strategies, including supplier qualification, evaluation, and performance measurement.
  • Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to identify and onboard new suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure competitive pricing and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to drive continuous improvement, resolve issues, and promote long-term partnerships.
  • Co-own the sub contractor network and directly manage the distribution of parts and spares via this network

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring:

  • Utilise data analytics and reporting tools to monitor supply chain performance, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and report on supply chain efficiency, inventory management, and customer service levels.
  • Implement systems and processes for real-time visibility of inventory, demand, and supply across the global network.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in global supply chain management, with a track record of driving process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others, foster collaboration, and drive change in a matrix organisation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
