As a fully CSSF-licensed AIFM and central administrator, Fundcraft is uniquely positioned to meet the diverse fund operations needs of private equity, venture capital, and funds of funds.

About The Role

As an Associate AML/KYC, you will be part of a client-centric team of bright and motivated individuals who support prestigious clients in the alternative investment fund industry. You will work closely with your team to deliver transfer agency processes and other compliance-related matters via Fundcraft's proprietary platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Performing daily fund operations tasks for assigned clients, tailored to their individual needs.
  2. Executing transfer agency processes on Fundcraft's platform, with a focus on AML/KYC checks.
  3. Collecting KYC information and preparing it for review and approval under the guidance of our Compliance team.
  4. Ensuring efficient and comprehensive filing and maintenance of transactions and investor records on Fundcraft's platform.
  5. Supporting liaison and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to meet client needs.
  6. Delivering timely and efficient responses to client queries.
  7. Preparing and delivering input for regulatory, client, and investor reporting.
  8. Supporting the processing and confirmation of capital activities.
  9. Supporting new client onboarding and new fund launches to successful completion.
  10. Participating in training and development activities and staying up-to-date with technological advances on Fundcraft's proprietary platform.
  11. Providing regular user feedback to support the continuous improvement of Fundcraft's platform.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a degree in law, compliance, finance, economics, business, or management. You will also need to possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
