As an Indirect Spend Expert at Galderma Pharma S.A, you will be responsible for ensuring the integration of market business needs into procurement category strategies. You will define requirements, steer the process of identifying, qualifying, ranking, and selecting appropriate suppliers.
You will negotiate with key suppliers and leverage global volume to achieve cost reduction and growth. Additionally, you will act as an expert in local requirements (legislation, culture, supply base) and spend management.
Your tasks will include securing industry compliance requirements, applying category policies supported by operational guidelines, demand and spend management, executing savings according to plan, and ongoing process optimization.
