About the Role:

The Housekeeping Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring our guests have a comfortable and clean stay. This involves delivering exceptional room service, anticipating and meeting guest needs, and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including the bedroom, living room, dining room, and bathroom.
  • Perform room attendant duties in occupied and check-out rooms.
  • Provide turndown service for guests.
  • Find opportunities to personalize the service experience for each guest.

Requirements:

  • One+ year experience working in hotel housekeeping is considered an asset.
  • Strong organization skills and an eye for attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
