Your Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
  • Strategic Calendar Management: Master organization skills to prioritize and schedule effectively, create systems for clarity in complex situations, and proactively manage your executive's time for optimal productivity.
  • Communication Hub: Streamline inboxes and manage correspondence, using emotional intelligence to handle stakeholders at all levels, and synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Operational Efficiency: Anticipate needs and act proactively, managing diverse projects of varying complexity, coordinating travel arrangements with meticulous attention to detail, and gathering and analyzing relevant data to support executive decision-making.
  • Adaptability and Growth: Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing remote environment, actively seeking and implementing feedback for continuous improvement, and balancing multiple priorities while maintaining composure under pressure.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
  • Language Proficiency and Exceptional Communication Skills: Near-native level of English proficiency in both reading and writing.
  • Professional Experience: At least 2 years of business experience in operations, administration, or client-facing roles, with a background in roles involving significant administrative, organizational, or executive support duties.
  • Remote Work and/or Start-Up Experience: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a remote environment, ideally in a start-up context, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to thrive under pressure.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $1,400 to $1,600 per month, depending on your level of experience, as well as flexibility of remote work, paid time off, unlimited sick leave, and 7 holidays to ensure you have time to recharge. You will also have opportunities to advance into roles such as Chief of Staff or Operations Manager, with continuous development through mentorship, office hours, and skills training.
