Your Role: As a Payroll Specialist, you'll support the development of our payroll product, delivering exceptional employee and customer experiences. You'll drive service delivery excellence, leveraging lean processes and technology to ensure world-class outcomes.
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy for the Payroll product and systems function, including vision, payroll systems design, target metrics, and tactical approach.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to design our payroll technology stack, including EOR, PEO, and Contractor solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for customers, evaluating competing priorities and aligning stakeholders on optimal solutions.
- Critically evaluate and test upcoming product launches, determining actions to optimize operational impact and coordinating those actions.
- Maximize the impact of your learnings by identifying opportunities to further help Payroll Products scale and sharing input on other projects when relevant.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' European payroll experience, especially in Germany; in-house payroll experience is preferred.
- Experience in automation and a deep understanding of data points required for accurate global payroll.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for clearly articulating operational context and considerations to stakeholders.
