We are seeking an experienced DevOps Strategist to join our team at Specialty Business Solutions. This role will play a crucial part in enhancing our ability to deliver applications and services seamlessly.

About the Role

This position is responsible for promoting the DevOps culture throughout the development lifecycle, from design to production support. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing new standards and policies across all products, architecting infrastructure with automated deployments and builds using Azure DevOps, implementing robust CI/CD pipelines for scalability and efficiency, collaborating with developers to optimize the tech stack based on Microsoft technologies, and mentoring other DevOps engineers and participating in technical reviews.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience in DevOps principles and methodologies, including Agile and GitOps. Strong understanding of infrastructure automation tools, such as Terraform and Ansible, containerization technologies, like Docker and Kubernetes, and proficiency in CI/CD pipelines, particularly Azure DevOps, is also required.
