Key Responsibilities- Monitoring and Logging: Enforce monitoring, alerting, and logging concepts to elevate the quality, performance, and resiliency of our products.
- Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate activities between Sales Control Center and product teams regarding Ops and SRE.
- SRE Adoption: Support product teams in adopting SRE concepts by engaging in and improving the whole lifecycle of services from inception and design, through deployment, operation, refinement, and end of life.
- SLO Management: Own the SLOs on program level and track them on products level.
- IT Operations Leadership: Lead and manage IT operations, including network infrastructure, server management, and cloud services, to ensure the reliability and performance of systems.
- SRE Practices: Oversee SRE practices, such as monitoring, incident response, and reliability engineering, to maintain availability, latency, system resilience, and overall system health.
- Consistency and Alignment: Ensure consistent SRE & Ops concepts are applied on program level and align with industry standards and best practices, including ITIL for service management.
- Scaling and Evolution: Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation, and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT operations, SRE practices, and program management processes within the organization.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or a STEM related field.
- Technical Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT operations, site reliability engineering (SRE), and program management.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in SRE practices, including monitoring, incident response, and reliability engineering, as well as strong understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management, including cloud services and on-premises systems.
