Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Project Engineer to join our team. As a Global Project Engineer, you will be responsible for leading global engineering projects to ensure the company's strategic expansion plan is executed successfully.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including meetings and execution deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the team to prepare and monitor work plans and schedules.
  • Ensure proper internal communication with areas involved in the project.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation, including progress reports, technical documentation, and meeting records.
  • Track necessary resources for project execution.
  • Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors to ensure progress according to project requirements.
  • Participate in the identification and mitigation of project-related risks.
  • Support in the preparation of budgets and control project costs, in collaboration with the controlling department.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, coordinating engineering projects, preferably in the chemical or perfumery industry or related fields.
  • Knowledge of project management tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Qlik, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and Excel.
  • Availability to travel.
Education
  • University degree in Industrial Engineering or similar educational background.
Language Skills
  • English: Advanced/Native.
  • Spanish: Advanced/Native.
