Pricing Role Overview
As a Pricing and Profitability Specialist, you will collaborate with commercial and innovation teams to develop customer product pricing associated with new products, existing products, and supply contract renewal. Your primary goal is to analyze and communicate customer, product, and market segment profitability to drive the organization towards sustainable, profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain databases to support product pricing, forecasting, and reporting needs.
  • Analyze and communicate customer, product, and market segment profitability.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across finance and non-finance functions to drive quarterly customer pricing.
  • Build, validate, and maintain all databases to support product pricing, forecasting, and reporting needs.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience.
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database experience.
  • Able to travel up to 10-15% for business purposes.
