Patisserie Mastery Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Patisserie Mastery Instructor to join our team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to inspire students and contribute to our growth.

• Tutoring students during their training process
• Designing and teaching traditional and contemporary pastry classes
• Supervising and evaluating students' progress
• Collaborating with other teachers in the area

• Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy or related field
• Experience as a pastry chef in high-end restaurants
• Basic knowledge of recipe formulation methods
• Proficiency in English (C1) and Spanish, with the ability to interact comfortably in both languages
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, planning, and self-management skills

Our estimated annual salary for this position is $`80,000-$100,000, depending on qualifications and experience. The Basque Culinary Center offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance and retirement plan options.
