Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Learning Expert to join our team at italki. The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, curriculum development, and language education methodologies.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Designing and developing comprehensive language learning curricula.
  • Creating high-quality educational materials, including lesson plans, exercises, quizzes, and supplementary resources.
  • Providing ongoing support and training for italki teachers to help them effectively implement and adapt our curriculum.
  • Evaluating and continuously improving existing curriculum and content based on feedback from teachers, students, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field. A Master's degree or higher is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development or instructional design, preferably in the field of language education.
  • Strong knowledge of language education methodologies, instructional design principles, and adult learning theories.
