About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales team in Spain. As an Area Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Madrid area, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura, and Comunidad Valenciana regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with delivery and success teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop effective sales approaches.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector or SaaS.
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluent English language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing is an asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a team player attitude.
  • Willingness to travel regularly, with a confident and self-assured appearance.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • A dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for career growth and professional development.
  • A field-based role, covering Madrid area, Castilla la Mancha, North of Extremadura, and Comunidad Valenciana regions, ideally based in Madrid.
  • A permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week), Monday to Friday.
